No, but we recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your cart. After purchasing, we are only able to notify you with package tracking number. 

You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 3 - 15 days for US, UK & Canada delivery and 1 - 4 weeks for the rest of the world. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

If you received the wrong product or your product was damaged in transit. We will of course replace it without questions. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

We will replace all defective units with a new item upon 14 days of shipment arrival. Returns and refunds.

Currently, we would advise ordering before December 8th for US, UK, AUS, Canada, Europe orders and November 24th for the rest of the world.
